Updates, security, backups and help when you need it, agreed per shop. No VAT to add.
Hosting
In your name
Your shop is hosted on Medusa Cloud in your own account, and you pay them directly. If you ever leave, the shop comes with you.

About shops.
Can you move my existing shop?
Usually, yes. Products and customers can normally be brought across from Shopify, WooCommerce or OpenCart. I’ll check what your current shop allows before quoting.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Payments go straight into your own account. If you already take card payments, I’ll connect the provider you use where it’s supported, so you don’t have to change your set-up. If it isn’t, I’ll tell you before we start. Your provider charges its usual fees; I don’t add anything.
Who owns the shop?
You do. The domain, the hosting account and your data are in your name, and you get a handover pack. It’s in the contract.
Can I see one you’ve built?
Not online yet. Shops are the newest part of Bloxie, so there isn’t a public example to point you to. On a call I’ll walk you through how your shop would work and what you’d manage yourself, and the quote will spell out exactly what you get.
